IELTS Enquiry on Results

We understand the frustration of not achieving your desired IELTS band score for work , study  or migration . The good news that if you feel that your performance on test day is not reflected in the score you received, you can request a review (also called an IELTS re-mark or IELTS Enquiry on Result) within six weeks of sitting your test. 

You may choose to have one or more test modules re-marked and the fee is NZD$199.

We know how important this is to you, and we aim to get the remark to you as quickly as we can. Remarks may be completed within less than an hour or up to 21 days.

If your result is changed to a higher band score you will: 

• receive a full refund 

• be issued with a new Test Report Form

This Enquiry on Results application form is only for test takers who have taken their IELTS on computer test at an IDP centre*. 

For test takers who have taken their IELTS on paper test at an IDP centre, please email ielts.auckland@idp.com .
